Evolutionary Anomaly Class: Temporal/Spatial Kinetic Void - the ability to create a 'dead zone' of kinetic energy, draining her target and bringing them to a dead stop upon contact. This is easiest to manifest through physical contact with a person or object, when touching her target will drain the kinetic energy out of them immediately. Recently, she has been able to expand her range slightly, creating a field of this void that extends several inches beyond her body. As Priscilla's control over her ability grows, her fields will become further reaching and stronger. With practice, she will be able to drain the kinetic energy out of a specific target without touching them, to siphon off limited amounts of energy, and to direct her power at highly specific areas of a complex object (such as stopping the turning of a single cog in a pocket-watch.) |

| Priscilla is a charming young woman, there can be no doubt about that. She's spent her entire life learning to be charming and well-rounded. In her element, Scill is confident and smooth, a born leader. She has a penchant for being assertive (read: bossy) and doesn't often take 'no' for an answer. Depending on which tactic is more appropriate, Priscilla can be extremely subtle and somewhat devious or what her friends sometimes describe as charming-with-a-sledgehammer. Capable of brilliant planning, Scill is more often impulsive and almost thoughtless - she's perfectly willing to act first and think later (if at all.) Used to having everything she desires, Priscilla is casual about money and all things connected with it. She spends extravagantly without thinking twice, and never hesitates to drop her family name when it will aid her. At the same time, she's very generous with her friends and loved ones, and spares no expense to keep them happy and entertained. Despite her abundance of wealth, Priscilla doesn't think that money can solve every problem, nor does she throw money blindly at the problems she comes across.
